All bookings are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. If payment is not received within five (5) business days of the invoice date, the reserved place will be released and made available to another participant. Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any delays in the submission of required materials (such as logos or profiles) for advertising purposes.
